Rugaval Rubber Extruded Fenders are simple rubber marine fender profiles with a robust design, D Fenders and Square Fenders. Extruded fenders are usually attached with bolts to the structure. They can be made in virtually any length then cut and drilled to suit each application. Pre-curved sections and special sizes are available on request.

D Fenders.

D Fenders have a D shaped outer form and either a D shaped center (DD Fender) or cylindrical center bore (DC Fender).

D Fenders are available in standard sizes but can be supplied customized for specific requirements, e.g. pre-curved or special sizes.

Standard colors are black. Other colors are available upon request.

A fender is another term for a 'bumper', or a protective piece of rubber that is mounted on a mobile vehicle of some kind in order to protect it in the event that it bumps into something. Rubber D Fenders are designed to absorb the kinetic energy produced in a collision.

D Fenders are shaped like the letter ‘D’. They are the most popular style of rubber bumper used globally and can be manufactured by extrusion in a range of sizes and styles. The ‘D’ shape creates a flat section that is used to make installation easier.
